For direct installation on a hard drive, download and run the Setup file.
For installation on a portable storage device (a floppy disk, memory stick, CD, USB hard drive, etc.), download and save the Program file and the Help file to a portable device.
For security reasons Windows® may block the Help file saved from the Internet. In Windows Explorer right-click the file, click Properties and then unblock it.
