We are proud of the quality and promptness provided by our technical support team. This is further reinforced by the numerous positive customer feedbacks. The use of email as the communications medium offers accuracy, cost effectiveness, and an audit trail.  Incoming mail is usually monitored constantly and always at least once an hour during business hours. Our records show:

• At least 90% of mail received between 8 AM and 5 PM on working days is handled within 30 minutes. (We are 5 hours behind GMT from April to October and 6 hours behind from October to April.)
• At least 90% of mail received between 6 AM to 8 AM and 5PM to 10 PM on working days is handled within 2 hours.
• 99% of mail is handled within 24 hours including holidays.
