Incoming mail is usually monitored constantly and always at least once an hour during business hours. Our records show:
• At least 90% of mail received between 8 AM and 5 PM on working days is handled within 30 minutes. (We are 5 hours behind GMT from April to October and 6 hours behind from October to April.)
• At least 90% of mail received between 6 AM to 8 AM and 5PM to 10 PM on working days is handled within 2 hours.
• 99% of mail is handled within 24 hours including holidays.
